Based in Shellharbour NSW, our highly experienced team provides expert legal advice and services to help our clients navigate smoothly and safely through their property transfers and relocation. We also tailor-make Wills and Powers for the protection of both clients and their assets, throughout their lifetime and beyond.
CHERYL CHRISTIANSEN
Solicitor and Director
Cheryl has over 48 years experience in the areas of Conveyancing, Wills & Powers and Deceased Estates.
She is a grass-roots lawyer who was not born with a silver spoon in her mouth. She forged her own path and gathered life experiences that enabled her to gain perspective and understand her clients' needs.
Cheryl is an approachable professional, preferring to use plain English, cutting though the confusing legal jargon. She embodies a balance of professional acumen and personal warmth, seeking to provide her clients with not just legal expertise, but also emotional support and encouragement through life's many transitions.
STEVE DANIELS
Administrative Assistant
Steve is a vital member of our BPLS admin team, initially coming to us as a retired Clerk with a major utilities provider.
Being far too active to “curl-up” just yet, he brings to us his life-time of knowledge, experience gained throughout his former career, a gentle nature with all and the patience of a saint.
Steve is a particularly active in our outreach service to elderly and disabled clients, especially those in the Sutherland Shire, Southern Highlands, Southern Tablelands, across Sydney, the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie to Newcastle areas.
KATE FOY, JP
Paralegal & Accounts Assistant
Kate has been with BPLS for over 5 years and has extensive knowledge in the areas of Conveyancing, Wills & Powers and Deceased Estates.
She has a background in finance, management and investigations, that has cultivated an eye for detail and perception for solving complex issues. Whilst she is working with our team full-time, she also works part-time in disability support.
Kate has a compassionate approach and is always willing to take care in guiding our clients through the various steps of their matter with confidence and trust.
BRIANNA NEVILLE
Business Development Manager
BPLS’ newest team member, Brianna, brings a toolkit of experience in the fields of business development, client business partnering and personal development coaching.
She began her early career working with Cheryl as a legal secretary, and has now come full circle to support and grow the business in new ways.
Brianna also brings a wealth of life experiences and an empathetic ear, understanding many of the challenges and perspectives that life can present.
