You will be assisted with all the steps involved in dealing with a deceased estate, with or without a Will.

This includes placing notices on the Supreme Court Register, drawing the relevant documents for Court, attending to any Court requisitions and arranging for the sale, transfer, and taxation of the estate. You will also be guided through distribution of the estate in accordance with the Will or appropriate legislation.
